CMA LAW: Resolution No. (30) of 2023 Regarding Resuming the Trading on Bayan Investment Holding Company's Shares at Boursa Kuwait Securities Exchange

Having perused:
- Law No. 7 of 2010 Regarding the Establishment of the Capital Markets Authority and Regulating Securities Activities and its Executive Bylaws, and their amendments; and
- Based on CMA Board of Commissioners Resolution passed in its meeting No. (32) of 2022 held on 31/08/2022 Regarding Suspending the Shares of Bayan Investment Holding Company; and
- Based on CMA’s Resolution No. (140) of 2022 Regarding Suspending the Shares of Bayan Investment Holding Company from trading at Boursa Kuwait Securities Exchange issued on 01/09/2022; and
- Based on CMA Board of Commissioners Resolution passed in its meeting No. (06) of 2023 held on 08/03/2023 regarding resuming the trading on Bayan Investment Holding Company's shares at Boursa Kuwait Securities Exchange.
The Following Was Resolved:
Article (1)
The trading of Bayan Investment Holding Company’s shares shall be resumed at Boursa Kuwait Securities Exchange as of Sunday 12/03/2023. The Company has met the requirements stipulated in Resolution No. (140) of 2022 issued on 01/09/2022, unless there are other reasons that require the extension of suspending the trading of the Company's Shares.
Article (2)
The concerned bodies shall execute this Resolution, each within its jurisdiction. This Resolution shall come into force as of Sunday 12/03/2023, and it shall be published in the Official Gazette.
