CMA LAW: Resolution No. (29) of 2023 Regarding Replacement of the Liquidator of Al-Dar Money Market Fund (under liquidation)

Having Perused:

- Law No. 7 of 2010 Regarding the Establishment of the Capital Markets Authority and Regulating Securities Activities and its Executive Bylaws and their amendments; and
- The request of Mr. Abdullatif Ahmad Abdullah Al-Ahmad (Al-Ahmad and Co. Certified Accountants -Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Organization) to replace the current liquidator of the Fund with Mr. Ali Owaid Rukhais Awad (Al-Waha Auditing Office) as liquidator for Al-Dar Money Market Fund (under liquidation); and
- The Resolution of the Unit Holders Assembly of Al-Dar Money Market Fund (under liquidation) held on 13/02/2023; and
- Based on Resolution No. (24) of 2023 regarding amending the approval authorizations of the Supervision Sector’s procedures issued on 12/02/2023.

The Following Was Resolved

Article (1)
Mr. Abdullatif Ahmad Abdullah Al-Ahmad (Al-Ahmad and Co. Certified Accountants -Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Organization) - liquidator of Al-Dar Money Market Fund (under liquidation) is hereby replaced, and Mr. Ali Owaid Rukhais Awad (Al-Waha Auditing Office) is hereby appointed as liquidator for Al-Dar Money Market Fund (under liquidation)

Article (2)
The concerned bodies shall execute this Resolution, each within its jurisdiction. This Resolution shall come into force from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
