CMA LAW: Resolution No. (25) of 2023 Regarding the Cancelling of the Advisory Council from the Organizational Structure of the Capital Markets Authority

Having Perused:
- Law No.7 of 2010 Regarding the Establishment of the Capital Markets Authority and Regulating Securities Activities and its Executive Bylaws, and their amendments; and
- CMA Board of Commissioners Resolution No. C.B.C 10-44 of 2022 passed in its meeting No. (44) of 2022 held on 30/11/2022 regarding canceling the Advisory Council from the organizational structure of the Authority; and
- Based on the interest of work.
The Following Was Resolved
Article (1)
Articles (6-3), (6-3-1), (6-3-2), (6-3-3), (6-3-4), (6-3-5) of Chapter Six (Boards and Committees of the Authority) of Module Two (Capital Markets Authority) of the Executive Bylaws of Law No. 7 of 2010 Regarding the Establishment of the Capital Markets Authority and Regulating Securities Activities and their amendments are hereby cancelled.
Article (2)
The concerned bodies shall execute this Resolution, each within its jurisdiction. This Resolution shall come into force from the date of its issuance, and it shall be published in the Official Gazette.
