Title: Resolution No. (162) of 2022 Regarding Renewal of the Registration of Mr. Faisal Saqer Al Saqer in the Register of Auditors

Having Perused:
- Law No. 7 of 2010 Regarding the Establishment of the Capital Markets Authority and Regulating Securities Activities and its Executive Bylaws, and their amendments; and
- The registration certificate of the auditor Mr. Faisal Saqer Al Saqer No. (EA/2016/0037) issued on 20/12/2019; and
- The application of Mr. Faisal Saqer Al Saqer to renew his registration as an auditor in the concerned register at the CMA; and
- Based on Resolution No. (141) of 2022 regarding amending the approval authorizations of the Supervision Sector’s procedures issued on 04/09/2022.
The Following Was Resolved
Article (1)
The registration of the auditor Mr. Faisal Saqer Al Saqer in the register of auditors at the CMA is hereby renewed for three renewable years, as of 20/12/2022.
Article (2)
The concerned bodies shall execute this Resolution, each within its jurisdiction. This Resolution shall be published in the Official Gazette.
