Title: Resolution No. (127) of 2022 Regarding Renewal of the Collective Investment Scheme License of Al-Awaed Investment Fund

Having Perused:
- Law No. 7 of 2010 Regarding the Establishment of the Capital Markets Authority and Regulating Securities Activities and its Executive Bylaws, and their amendments; and
- The collective investment scheme license certificate of Al-Awaed Investment Fund
No. (LCIS/2016/0007) issued on 30/10/2019; and
- The application of Kuwait Investment Company to renew the license of Al-Awaed Investment Fund; and
- Based on Resolution No. (48) of 2022 regarding amending the approval authorizations of the Supervision Sector’s procedures issued on 03/04/2022.
The Following Was Resolved
Article (1)
The collective investment scheme license of Al-Awaed Investment Fund is hereby renewed for three renewable years, as of 28/10/2022.
Article (2)
The concerned bodies shall execute this Resolution, each within its jurisdiction. This Resolution shall come into force from the date of its issuance, and it shall be published in the Official Gazette.
