Title: Resolution No. (126) of 2022 Regarding Renewal of the Registration of Mr. Abdul Rahman Mubarak Hassan Al-Qaoud in the Register of Auditors

Having Perused:
- Law No. 7 of 2010 Regarding the Establishment of the Capital Markets Authority and Regulating Securities Activities and its Executive Bylaws, and their amendments; and
- The registration certificate of the auditor Mr. Abdul Rahman Mubarak Hassan Al-Qaoud No. (EA/2013/0032) issued on 30/08/2019; and
- The application of Mr. Abdul Rahman Mubarak Hassan Al-Qaoud to renew his registration as an auditor in the concerned register at the CMA; and
- Based on Resolution No. (48) of 2022 regarding amending the approval authorizations of the Supervision Sector’s procedures issued on 03/04/2022.
The Following Was Resolved
Article (1)
The registration of the auditor Mr. Abdul Rahman Mubarak Hassan Al-Qaoud in the register of auditors at the CMA is hereby renewed for three renewable years, starting from 30/08/2022.
Article (2)
The concerned bodies shall execute this Resolution, each within its jurisdiction. This Resolution shall be published in the Official Gazette.
