Title: Resolution No. (50) of 2022 Regarding Suspending the Shares of Al-Bareeq Holding Company from Trading at Kuwait Securities Exchange
Having Perused:
- Law No. (7) of 2010 Regarding the Establishment of the Capital Markets Authority and Regulating Securities Activities, its Executive Bylaws, and their amendments; and
- Based on CMA Board of Commissioners Resolution passed in its meeting No. (39) of 2021 held on 03/11/2021; and
- Based on CMA Board of Commissioners Resolution passed in its meeting No. (12) of 2022 held on 04/04/2022.
The Following Was Resolved:
Article (1):
The shares of Al-Bareeq Holding Company are hereby suspended from trading at Kuwait Securities Exchange as of 05/04/2022, to provide the necessary protection for investors and dealers in securities, based on Items (1) and (3) of Article 1-18 of Module Twelve (Listing Rules) of the Executive Bylaws of Law No. (7) of 2010 Regarding the Establishment of the Capital Markets Authority and Regulating Securities Activities and their amendments, and until the CMA completes its supervisory procedures and activities.
Article (2):
The concerned bodies shall execute this Resolution, each within its jurisdiction. This Resolution shall come into force from 05/04/2022, and it shall be published in the Official Gazette.
