Title: The Capital Markets Authority Announces Submitting (7) Reports to the Capital Market Prosecution on the Occurrence of a Crime

The Capital Markets Authority announces submitting a total of (7) reports to the Capital Market Prosecution on 26/12/2021 regarding the occurrence of the crime provided for in Article (63) of Law No. 7 of 2010 and its amendments, criminalized by Item (1) of Article (126) of the same Law and Article (1-27-1) of Module Five (Securities Activities and Registered Persons) of the Executive Bylaws of Law No. (7) of 2010 and their amendments. The defendants practiced the activity of Investment Advisor without being licensed by the Authority. They published a number of tweets through their accounts on (Twitter) application, which included analysis and connotations of different shares of companies listed in Boursa Kuwait.
