Title: The Capital Markets Authority Announces Reporting the Occurrence of a Crime to the Capital Market Prosecution

The Capital Markets Authority announces reporting to the Capital Market Prosecution on 19/12/2021 occurrence of the crime provided for in Article (63) of Law No. 7 of 2010 and its amendments, criminalized by Item (1) of Article (126) of the same Law and Article (1-27-1) of Module Five (Securities Activities and Registered Persons) of the Executive Bylaws of Law No. (7) of 2010 and their amendments. During the period between September and December 2021, the defendant practiced the activity of Investment Advisor without being licensed by the Authority. He published a total of (4) posts through his account on (Twitter) application, which included analysis and connotations of different shares of companies listed in Boursa Kuwait.
