The Capital Markets Authority hereby announces the expiration of the securities activities license held by International Financial Advisors (IFA) for the below listed securities activities:
Securities Broker not registered in the Securities Exchange.
Investment Advisor.
Investment Portfolio Manager.
Collective Investment Scheme Manager
Custodian
Subscription Agent.
The above mentioned license expired on 29/03/2018 as a result of not renewing the license before the end of its term.
The company is obliged to safe-keep the clients’ funds until they are handed over to them or to the party that is responsible to hold, manage or safe-keep those funds.
