Capital Markets Authority Announces Reporting Suspected Crime to the Capital Markets Prosecution

The Capital Markets Authority announces reporting to the Capital Markets Prosecution on 13/12/2017 suspected occurrence of the crime provided for in Article (74) of Law No. (7) of 2010 and its amendments, criminalized by Article (123) of the same Law. Due to one of the shareholders not complying with the submission of the mandatory acquisition offer for the remaining of the traded shares of Real Estate Asset Management Company (REAM) for thirty days starting from 20/04/2017.
