Capital Markets Authority Announces Reporting Suspected Crime to the Capital Markets Prosecution

The Capital Markets Authority announces reporting to the Capital Markets Prosecution on 22/10/2017 suspected occurrence of the crime provided for in clause (3) of Article (127) of Law No. (7) of 2010 and its amendments. A licensed person provided the Authority with false and misleading information that may obstruct the investigation and the supervisory activity of the Authority.
