Title: Announcement Regarding Securities Activities License Granted to Al-Sharq Financial Brokerage Company

Pursuant to Resolution No. Resolution No. (33) of 2021 Regarding the License Application Submitted by Al-Sharq Financial Brokerage Company to Practice Securities Activities Pursuant to Law No. (7) of 2010 on the Establishment of the Capital Markets Authority and Regulating Securities Activities and its Executive Bylaws and their amendments, issued on 28/03/2021, and in implementation of Article (2) of the mentioned Resolution which stipulated that the Company shall be granted a license, after completing the requirements of the Capital Markets Authority (CMA), for a period of three years starting from the date of issuing the CMA license certificate, and after paying the required fee upon licensing.
The CMA announces that the license is issued to Al-Sharq Financial Brokerage Company for practicing the activity of Securities Broker not registered with an Exchange on 17/10/2021, for a period of three renewable years.
