Title: Capital Markets Authority Announces Reporting Suspected Crime to the Capital Market Prosecution

The Capital Markets Authority announces reporting to the Capital Market Prosecution on 26/9/2021 the suspected occurrence of the crime stipulated in Item No. (3) of Article (126) of Law No. 7 of 2010 Regarding the Establishment of the Capital Markets Authority and Regulating Securities Activities and its amendments. This is due to the failure of the defendant (the Chairman of the Board of Directors of a company whose license has been canceled) to provide the Authority with the required monthly reports to date.
