Title: Capital Markets Authority Announces Reporting Suspected Crime to the Capital Markets Prosecution

The Capital Markets Authority announces reporting to the Capital Markets Prosecution on 28/2/2017 suspected occurrence of the crime provided for in paragraph (2/a) of Article (122) of Law No. (7) of 2010 and its amendments. A trader in Boursa Kuwait conducted a number of transactions in small amounts, and that led to the increase of the shares’ price of Livestock Transport and Trading Company – CATTL more than the common price of the exchange in order to encourage others to purchase during the trading sessions on 15, 16/11/2016.
