Title: The Capital Markets Authority Announces Reporting a Suspected Crime to the Capital Markets Prosecution

The Capital Markets Authority announces reporting to the "Capital Markets Prosecution" on 17/3/2015 a suspected occurrence of the crimes provided for in Articles (126/1) and (127/2) of Law No. (7) of 2010. A trader, together with a brokerage company, traded through other persons' accounts without obtaining the required CMA license. They also violated the Disciplinary Board Decision by enabling the trader to conduct indirect trading during the suspension period.
