CMA LAW: "Means of Publishing the Resolutions and Regulations Issued By the Capital Markets Authority"

Based on the provisions of Law No. (7) of 2010 regarding the “Establishment of Capital Markets Authority and Regulating Securities’ Activity”; the CMA announces that the means used for publishing the different resolutions, regulations, and circulars it issues, which regulate - exclusively -  the legal effects arising therefrom, and they are as follows:

• CMA website www.cma.gov.kw
• CMA account on Twitter @cma_kwt
• Kuwait Stock Exchange website www.kse.com.kw
• The Official Gazette ( Kuwait Alyoum), as for the resolutions that the Law stipulated to publish in the Gazette.

Thus, the CMA announces the different means it adopts for publishing its different resolutions and regulations to protect the rights of securities’ traders, and it urges relying on the aforementioned sources “exclusively” to know about the various CMA resolutions and regulations, and its legal effects.

Furthermore, the CMA would like to announce to traders that the Public Relations & Media Office is ready to receive all inquiries related to the resolutions, regulations and circulars issued by the CMA through the phone No. (22903062) or the Fax No. (22410169) or the email pr-media@cma.gov.kw.
