Title: The Capital Markets Authority Announces Reporting Suspected Crime to the Capital Market Prosecution

The Capital Markets Authority announces reporting to the Capital Market Prosecution on 27/04/2021 suspected occurrence of the crime provided for in Clause No. (2) of Article (127) of Law No. 7 of 2010 Regarding the Establishment of the Capital Markets Authority and Regulating Securities Activities and its amendments. This is due to the non-compliance of the person being reported (Chairman of the Board of Directors of a listed company) until the date of submitting this report with a final Resolution issued by the Disciplinary Board concerning paying the fine mentioned in violation No. (74/2020 Disciplinary Board - 111/2020 Authority) despite the valid announcement in the Resolution on 28/01/2021.
