CMA LAW: Announcement regarding issuance of Disciplinary Board Resolution No. (08/2026 Disciplinary Board) (21/2025 Complaint) and imposition of a fine against: 1- Saleh Khaled Saleh Al-Ashwak. 2- Kanz Direct Trading Brokerage Services Company (formerly Cap Kuwait Financial Brokerage Group Company)

Announcement regarding issuance of Disciplinary Board Resolution No. (08/2026 Disciplinary Board) (21/2025 Complaint) and imposition of a fine against: 1- Saleh Khaled Saleh Al-Ashwak. 2- Kanz Direct Trading Brokerage Services Company (formerly Cap Kuwait Financial Brokerage Group Company)

For the following reasons:
Violation of the provisions of Articles (64), (125), and Item (1) of Article (126) of Law No. 7 of 2010 and its amendments, and the provisions of Articles (1-2), (1-3), (1-35), (1-15), and (1-18) of Module Five of the Executive Bylaws of Law No. 7 of 2010 Regarding the Establishment of the Capital Markets Authority and Regulating Securities Activities, and their amendments.

The Resolution included the infliction of the following penalty: -
" First- Levying a fine on the complainer Saleh Khaled Saleh Al-Ashwak in the amount of KWD 20,000 (twenty thousand Dinars) for the attributed violation.

Second: Levying a fine on the complainant Kanz Direct Trading Brokerage Services Company (formerly Cap Kuwait Financial Brokerage Group Company) in the amount of KWD 50,000 (fifty thousand Dinars) for the attributed violations due to correlation”.

In this regard, the CMA emphasizes the implementation of CMA Law and its Executive Bylaws on all persons dealing in securities activities, and urges them to comply with these Laws in order to promote investors' confidence, create a sound investment environment, and implement the Law according to the principles of fairness, transparency, and integrity in line with the best international practice.
