CMA LAW: Announcement Regarding Collective Investment Scheme License Granted to Ahli Capital Investment Company

Based on Resolution No. (181) of 2025 Regarding Granting a Collective Investment Scheme License to Ahli Capital Investment Company (Ahli Capital) to Incorporate Ahli Capital USD Money Market Fund pursuant to Law No. 7 of 2010 Regarding the Establishment of the Capital Markets Authority and Regulating Securities Activities, its Executive Bylaws and amendments thereto, issued on 12/10/2025, and in implementation of Article 9 of the aforementioned Resolution, which provides for granting a license to the Fund after completing the minimum capital for three years from the date of its registration in the Funds Register at the CMA.

The Capital Markets Authority announces that a license has been issued to Ahli Capital USD Money Market Fund on 06/05/2026, for a period of three years, renewable.
