CMA LAW: Announcement Regarding Completion of the Procedures of the Voluntary Acquisition Offered by Boodai Reliance Real Estate Company of all Shares of Jazeera Airways Company

Based on the official report issued by Boursa Kuwait Securities Company on January 27, 2026, it has been proved that a total of 36,639,089 shares of Jazeera Airways Company shares are sold to Boodai Reliance Real Estate Company in a percentage of 16.65% of the shares, in execution of the voluntary acquisition transaction. Boodai Reliance Real Estate Company is a subsidiary company to Jassim and Marwan Marzouk Boodai Group which owns 55.61% of Jazeera Airways Company capital. The total ownership of Jassim and Marwan Marzouk Boodai Group would be 72.26% of Jazeera Airways Company capital after the execution of the voluntary acquisition transaction.
