CMA LAW: Announcement Regarding Cancellation of the Registration of Al-Nokhetha Fund

Based on Resolution No. (76) of 2024 Regarding Cancellation of the License and Liquidation of Al-Nokhetha Fund issued on 12/06/2024, and in continuation of the procedures of appointing a liquidator for the Fund by the CMA, and in implementation of Article (3) of the mentioned Resolution which stipulates that Al-Nokhetha Fund shall be removed from the Funds Register at the CMA after completing the liquidation process.

The CMA announces cancellation of the registration of Al-Nokhetha Fund from the Funds Register at the CMA, as of 08/07/2025.
