CMA LAW: Announcement Regarding Cancelation of the Collective Investment Scheme License Granted for the Incorporation of Tamakan Educational Fund by The Securities House Company

Based on Resolution No. (87) of 2024 Regarding Granting a Collective Investment Scheme License to The Securities House Company for the Incorporation of Tamakan Educational Fund issued on 10/07/2024, and pursuant to Article (5) of the mentioned Resolution, which stipulates granting the Fund a temporary license for three months for the purpose of completing CMA’s requirements and the minimum capital of the Fund, renewable for a similar term, and in view of the Fund’s manager failure to meet the requirements stipulated in the aforementioned Article (5).

The CMA hereby announces the cancelation of the license granted to The Securities House Company for the Incorporation of Tamakan Educational Fund by the CMA.
