CMA LAW: Invitation to Participate in the Opinion Poll on the Requirement for the Listed Companies in the Main Market to Disclose in English Language

As part of the Capital Markets Authority’s (CMA) pursuit to develop the regulatory environment of the Kuwaiti capital market and attract foreign investments and encourage their entry the Kuwaiti market to upgrade its status within the international indices, and to achieve fairness, competency, and transparency in the market to serve investors of all categories; the CMA is currently studying the requirement of all listed companies in the Main Market to disclose in English Language, in addition to Arabic disclosure on the securities exchange’s website in accordance with the disclosure procedures of securities exchange.
