CMA LAW: Announcement Regarding the Licensing of Securities Activities for Al-Safat Investment Company

Based on Resolution No. 107 of 2023 regarding the licensing application submitted by Al-Safat Investment Company to practice securities activities in accordance with Law No. 7 of 2010 Regarding the Establishment of the Capital Markets Authority and Regulating Securities Activities, its Executive Bylaws, and amendments thereto, issued on 04/07/2023, and in implementation of Article 2 of the aforementioned Resolution, which grants the company a license after fulfilling the requirements of the CMA for a period of three years from the date of issuance of the CMA's license certificate.

The CMA announces that a license is issued to Al-Safat Investment Company for the activity of Market Maker on 10/01/2024, valid for a period of three years, renewable.
