CMA LAW: The Capital Markets Authority Announces Reporting the Occurrence of a Crime to the Attorney General

The Capital Markets Authority announces filing a report to the Prosecutor General dated 03/08/2023 regarding the occurrence of the crime stipulated under Item (2) of Article (127) of Law No. 7 of 2010 Regarding the Establishment of the Capital Markets Authority and Regulating Securities Activities and its amendments. The defendants (a Company formerly listed in the Exchange and the CEO of the same Company), until the date of submitting this Report, failed to implement a final resolution issued by the Disciplinary Board to pay the fine regarding violation No. (30/2021 Disciplinary Board – 3/2021 Complaint) despite the fact that the Resolution was properly announced on 19/06/2023.
