CMA LAW: Announcement Regarding the Licensing of Securities Activities for Arzan Financial Group for Financing and Investment Company

In accordance with Resolution No. 37 of 2023 regarding the licensing application submitted by Arzan Financial Group for Financing and Investment Company to conduct securities activities in accordance with Law No. 7 of 2010 Regarding the Establishment of the Capital Markets Authority and Regulating Securities Activities, its Executive Bylaws and their amendments, issued on March 27, 2023. And based on Article 2 of the aforementioned Resolution, which grants the company a license after fulfilling the requirements of the CMA, the CMA announces that the Company has been licensed for a period of three years from the date of issuance of the CMA's license certificate.

The CMA announces that a license has been issued to Arzan Financial Group for Financing and Investment Company for the activity of subscription agent on July 27, 2023, valid for a period of three years, renewable.
