Title: Announcement Regarding the Securities Activities License Granted to Baker Tilly Consulting Company

As per Resolution No. (53) of 2023 Regarding the License Application Submitted by Baker Tilly Consulting Company to practice securities activities pursuant to Law No. 7 of 2010 Regarding the Establishment of the Capital Markets Authority and Regulating Securities Activities and its Executive Bylaws and their Amendments, issued on 30/03/2023, and pursuant to Article (2) of the mentioned Resolution stipulating that the Company shall be granted a license after completing the CMA requirements for a period of three years from the date of issuing the CMA license certificate.
The Capital Markets Authority announces that the license is issued to Baker Tilly Consulting Company for practicing the activity of Asset Valuator on 12/07/2023, for a period of three renewable years.
