Title: Capital Markets Authority Announces Reporting Suspected Crime to the Capital Markets Prosecution

The Capital Markets Authority announces submitting a report to the Attorney General on 12/01/2023 regarding the suspected occurrence of the crime stipulated in Item (2) of Article (127) of Law No. 7 of 2010 Regarding the Establishment of the Capital Markets Authority and Regulating Securities Activities and its amendments. The This is due to the non-compliance of the defendant (a company formerly listed on the Exchange) until the date of submission of this report to implement a final decision issued by the Disciplinary Board to pay the fine in violation No. (63/2022 Disciplinary Board - 68/2022 Authority), despite being properly informed of the decision on 14/ 9/2022.
