Title: The Capital Markets Authority Announces Reporting Suspected Crime to the Capital Market Prosecution
Date Publish
24 November 2022
The Capital Markets Authority announces submitting two reports to the Capital Market Prosecution on 24/11/2022 regarding the suspicious occurrence of the crime stipulated in Item (2) of Article (127) of Law No. 7 of 2010 Regarding the Establishment of the Capital Markets Authority and Regulating Securities Activities and its amendments. This is due to the failure of the two defendants (traders) until the date of submitting this Report to implement a final resolution issued by the Disciplinary Board to pay the fine regarding violation No. (51/2022 Disciplinary Board – 195/2021 Authority) despite the fact that the Resolution was properly announced on 21/07/2022.
