Based on the minutes issued by Boursa Kuwait Securities Company on November 22, 2022, selling a total of 3,394,173 shares of Kuwait Hotels Company to Petrobrit Kuwait General Trading and Contracting Company and the parties acting in concert, which represents 5.88 % of the shares, was confirmed. It is an implementation of a mandatory acquisition offer process. Petrobrit Kuwait General Trading and Contracting Company and the parties acting in concert already owns 64.60 % of the shares, so the total ownership of Petrobrit Kuwait General Trading and Contracting Company and the parties acting in concert after the mandatory acquisition offer process is 70.48 % of Kuwait Hotels Company’s capital.
