Title: The Capital Markets Authority Announces Reporting the Occurrence of a Crime to the Capital Market Prosecution

The Capital Markets Authority announces reporting to the Capital Market Prosecution on 16/11/2022 occurrence of the crime stipulated in Article (63) of Law No. 7 of 2010 and its amendments, criminalized by the provision of Item (1) of Article (126) of the same Law and the provision of Article (1-27-1) of Module Five (Securities Activities and Registered Persons) of the Executive Bylaws of Law No. 7 of 2010 and their amendments. The defendant practiced the activity of Investment Advisor without obtaining the required license from the Authority, and published several tweets related to analysis/recommendations of shares listed on Boursa Kuwait Securities Exchange through their electronic social media account in (Twitter) application.
