The Capital Markets Authority announces the expiration of the Securities Activities License of the Greenstone Kuwait Investment Consultancy Company for practicing the activity of Investment Advisor from the license expiration date on 04/09/2022.
The expiration of the Company’s license shall not restrict the Company from fulfilling all the legal obligations pursuant to Law No. 7 of 2010 Regarding the Establishment of the Capital Markets Authority and Regulating Securities Activities and its Executive Bylaws, and their amendments.
