Title: The Capital Markets Authority Announces Reporting the Occurrence of a Crime to the Capital Market Prosecution

The Capital Markets Authority announces reporting to the Capital Market Prosecution on 01/09/2022 occurrence of the crime stipulated in Items (1,3) of Article (127) of Law No. 7 of 2010 and its amendments. The defendant (a listed Company in the Securities Exchange) committed the following:
1- Not enabling the Authority’s employees to access data and information that the Authority considers important.
2- Failure to provide the Authority with a number of documents (documents related to a subsidiary Company signing an agreement with a related party, and documents related to real estate that the subsidiary Company purchased and was unable to transfer its ownership until the end of the inspection).
3- Provide the Authority with false information.
