Title: The Capital Markets Authority Announces Reporting the Occurrence of a Crime to the Capital Market Prosecution

The Capital Markets Authority announces reporting to the Capital Market Prosecution on 01/09/2022 occurrence of the crime stipulated in Article (63) of Law No. 7 of 2010 and its amendments, criminalized by the provision of Item (1) of Article (126) of the same Law and Article (1-27-1) of Module Five (Securities Activities and Registered Persons) of the Executive Bylaws of Law No. (7) of 2010 and their amendments. The defendant practiced the activity of Investment Advisor without obtaining the required licenses from the Authority and published several posts through his account on (Snapchat) application, which included analysis and connotations of different shares of companies listed in Boursa Kuwait Securities Exchange.
