Title: Announcement Regarding Cancelation of the License Granted for the Incorporation of Rasameel Disruptive Technology Fund by Rasameel Investment Company

Based on Resolution No. (140) of 2021 Regarding Granting a Collective Investment Scheme License to Rasameel Investment Company for the Incorporation of Rasameel Disruptive Technology Fund issued on 22/12/2021, and pursuant to Article (5) of the mentioned Resolution which stipulates that the Fund is granted a temporary license for three months, renewable for a similar term, for the purpose of completing CMA’s requirements and the minimum limit of the Fund’s capital, and due to the Fund’s manager failure in meeting the requirements mentioned in mentioned Article (5).
The CMA hereby announces canceling the license granted to Rasameel Investment Company for the incorporation of Rasameel Disruptive Technology Fund by the CMA.
