CMA LAW: Announcement Regarding the Securities Activities License Granted to Pricewaterhouse Coopers Advisory Services Company

Pursuant to Resolution No. (21) of 2021 Regarding the License Application Submitted by Pricewaterhouse Coopers Advisory Services Company to practice securities activities pursuant to Law No. (7) of 2010 on the Establishment of the Capital Markets Authority and Regulating Securities Activities and its Executive Bylaws and their Amendments, issued on 03/03/2021, and pursuant to the second article of the mentioned resolution which stated that the Company is granted a license after completing the CMA requirements for a period of three years starting on the date of issuing the CMA license certificate, and after paying the required fee upon licensing.
The Capital Markets Authority announces that the license was issued to Pricewaterhouse Coopers Advisory Services Company for practicing the activities of Investment Advisor and Asset Valuator on 19/10/2021, for a period of three years, subject to renewal.
