CMA LAW: Announcement Regarding Securities Activities License Granted to First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB)

Pursuant to Resolution No. (14) of 2021 Regarding the License Application Submitted by First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) to Practice Securities Activities Pursuant to Law No. (7) of 2010 on the Establishment of the Capital Markets Authority and Regulating Securities Activities and its Executive Bylaws and their Amendments, issued on 11/02/2021, and in implementation of Article (2) of the mentioned Resolution which stipulated that the Company shall be granted a license, after completing the requirements of the Capital Markets Authority (CMA), for a period of three years starting from the date of issuing the CMA license certificate, and after paying the required fee upon licensing.
The CMA announces that the license is issued to First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) for practicing the activity of Custodian on 13/07/2021, for a period of three renewable years.
