CMA LAW: Resolution No. (132) of 2026 Regarding Cancellation of the License and Liquidation of Baitek CCIS for Investments in Health Sector

Having Perused:
- Law No. 7 of 2010 Regarding the Establishment of the Capital Markets Authority and Regulating Securities Activities, its Executive Bylaws, and amendments thereto, and
- Resolution of the Unit Holders Assembly of Baitek CCIS for Investments in Health Sector held on 18/8/2026 approving the appointment of KFH Capital Investment Company as the Scheme’s liquidator; and
- Based on Resolution No. (131) of 2026 regarding the amendment of the approval authorizations for the Supervision Sector’s procedures issued on 09/09/2026.
The Following Was Resolved:
Article (1)
The license of Baitek CCIS for Investments in Health Sector is hereby cancelled.
Article (2)
Baitak Healthcare Company, within the liquidation term, shall retain the corporate entity to the extent necessary to complete the liquidation. The liquidator shall submit an application to the Ministry of Commerce and Industry to cancel the registration of the Company from the commercial register after completion of the liquidation and shall provide the CMA with evidence of the Company’s cancellation.
Article (3)
Baitek CCIS for Investments in Health Sector shall be removed from the Collective Investment Schemes Register at the CMA after completing the liquidation process.
Article (4)
The Scheme’s manager shall meet all the legal obligations set by Law No. 7 of 2010 Regarding the Establishment of the Capital Markets Authority and Regulating Securities Activities and its Executive Bylaws and amendments thereto, for the period prior to the enforcement of this Resolution.
Article (5)
The concerned bodies shall execute this Resolution, each within its jurisdiction. This Resolution shall come into force from the date of its issuance, and it shall be published in the Official Gazette.
