CMA LAW: The Capital Markets Authority Announces Filing a Report with the Prosecutor General Regarding the Occurrence of Crime

The Capital Markets Authority announces filing a report with the Prosecutor General on 25/09/2025 regarding the occurrence of the crime stipulated in Items (4) of Article (63) of Law No. 7 of 2010 Regarding the Establishment of the Capital Markets Authority and Regulating Securities Activities, and amendments thereto, criminalized by the provision of Item (1) of Article (126) of the same Law. The defendant continued to practice the activity of investment portfolio manager despite the cancellation of the license to practice this activity by the CMA.
