Announcement regarding issuance of Disciplinary Board Resolution No. (36/2023) Disciplinary Board - (41/2023) Authority and imposition of a Warning against:
Kuwait Emirates Holding Company
for violating the rules of Disclosure and Transparency of the Executive Bylaws of Law No. 7 of 2010 and their amendments
For the following reasons:
Violating the provision of Item (2) of Article (3-5-1) of Module Ten (Disclosure and Transparency) of the Executive Bylaws of Law No. 7 of 2010 and their amendments, because the Company did not disclose a change in the list of insiders of the Company, without the Company commitment to disclose within five business days of the date of this change.
The Resolution included the infliction of the following penalty: -
" Levying a warning on Kuwait Emirates Holding Company for the attributed violation and considering its non-repetition in the future”
