Date Publish
01 December 2022
The Capital Markets Authority announces submitting two reports to the Capital Market Prosecution on 01/12/2022 regarding the occurrence of the crime stipulated in Article (125) of Law No. 7 of 2010 and its amendments. The defendants used the name and official logo of the CMA in unsigned payable warnings impersonating the Authority, contrary to the truth by claiming the existence of a financial balance withheld at the Securities Exchange that requires paying a tax invoice to the Authority in exchange for lifting the attachment.
