CMA LAW: Announcement Regarding the Securities Activities License Granted to KAMCO Investment Company

Pursuant to Resolution No. (134) of 2020 Regarding the License Application Submitted by KAMCO Investment Company to practice securities activities pursuant to Law No. 7 of 2010 Regarding the Establishment of the Capital Markets Authority and Regulating Securities Activities and its Executive Bylaws and their Amendments, issued on 31/12/2020, and pursuant to the second article of the mentioned resolution which stated that the Company shall be granted a license after completing the CMA requirements for a period of three years starting on the date of issuing the CMA license certificate, and after paying the required fee upon licensing.

The Capital Markets Authority announces that the license is issued to KAMCO Investment Company for practicing the activity of Market Maker on 11/05/2022, for a period of three renewable years.
