CMA LAW: Resolution No. (86) of 2022 Regarding Appointment of Mr. Tareq Majed Sultan Bouresli - PKF Bouresli & Co. – Legal Accountants and Financial Advisors as Substitute Liquidator for Real Estate Investment Fund (under liquidation)

Having Perused:

- Law No. (7) of 2010 Regarding the Establishment of the Capital Markets Authority and Regulating Securities Activities and its Executive Bylaws and their amendments; and

- Resolution No. (05) of 2022 Regarding Canceling the Registration of the Late Mr. Anwar Yousef Eissa Al-Qatami from the Concerned Register at the CMA; and

- CMA Board of Commissioners Resolution passed in its meeting no. (3) held on 26/01/2022; and

- Based on CMA Board of Commissioners Resolution passed in its meeting no. (17) held on 27/04/2022 and 28/4/2022.

The Following Was Resolved

Article (1)

Mr. Tareq Majed Sultan Bouresli - PKF Bouresli & Co. – Legal Accountants and Financial Advisors is hereby assigned as substitute liquidator for Real Estate Investment Fund (under liquidation).

Article (2)

The concerned bodies shall execute this Resolution, each within its jurisdiction. This Resolution shall come into force from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
