Title: Resolution No. (16) of 2021 Regarding Amending Some Provisions of the Executive Bylaws of Law No. (7) of 2010 Regarding the Protection of Minority Interests upon the Delisting of Shareholding Companies from the Exchange

- Law No. (7) of 2010 Regarding the Establishment of the Capital Markets Authority and Regulating Securities Activities and its Executive Bylaws, and their amendments; and
- CMA Board of Commissioners Resolution passed in its meeting No. (5) of 2021 held on 10/02/2021;
The Following Was Resolved:
Module Twelve (Listing Rules) of the Executive Bylaws of Law No. (7) of 2010 is hereby amended pursuant to Annex (1) attached to this Resolution.
Listed companies on the Exchange that have held their general assembly and agreed on the item of voluntary delisting from the Exchange before the issuance date shall be excluded from implementing the provisions of this Resolution.
The concerned bodies shall execute this Resolution, each within its jurisdiction. This Resolution shall come into force from the second day of its issuance, and it shall be published in the Official Gazette.
