Title: Announcement Regarding the Collective Investment Scheme License Granted to Arab Investment Company

Pursuant to Resolution No. (14) of 2020 Regarding Granting a Collective Investment Scheme License to Arab Investment Company for the Incorporation of Al-Arabiyah GCC Equity Fund Pursuant to Law No. (7) of 2010 on the Establishment of the Capital Markets Authority and Regulating Securities Activities and its Executive Bylaws and their Amendments, issued on 12/02/2020, and pursuant to the eighth article of the mentioned resolution which stated that the Company is granted a license, after completing the minimum limit of the capital, for three years from the date of its registration in the collective investment schemes register at the CMA.
The Capital Markets Authority announces that the license was issued to Al-Arabiyah GCC Equity Fund on 03/02/2021, for a period of three years, subject to renewal.
