Title: Announcement Regarding the Preparedness for Gradual Return to Work

The Capital Markets Authority announces operating all its sectors to work in a minimum number of its human resources (inside CMA’s headquarter) in accordance with a proactive return-to-work plan prepared by the Authority. Implementing this plan will be from the date of lifting the ban and the government’s announcement of returning to work fully, partially, or gradually. The CMA will operate at full human potential, being divided into three categories:

The first category will resume its work from CMA’s headquarter according to the working hours specified for each sector in line with the precautionary health controls.

The second category will resume its tasks by connecting to CMA’s network (Electronic correspondence system) using lab tops.

The third category will resume its tasks by the electronic connection with the CMA by the emails.

The mentioned categories will be rotated by sessions until the date of the normal return to work.

The Capital Markets Authority confirms implementing the distancing rules between the employees, providing temperature measuring devices, masks, gloves, and sanitizers for all the employees. The CMA will expand its cleaning and sterilizing processes for the headquarter in compliance with implementing all the procedures and measures established by the Ministry of Health in accordance with the health instructions of the coronavirus inside the working places.  

The CMA announced to its employees its procedures of the gradual return to work in line with its compliance with taking all the precautionary procedures and measures to prevent the novel coronavirus.
