The Capital Markets Authority announces submitting a report to the Capital Market Prosecution on 23/01/2022 regarding the occurrence of the crime provided for in Article (63, 126) of Law No. 7 of 2010 Regarding the Establishment of the Capital Markets Authority and Regulating Securities Activities and its amendments. The defendants practiced the activity of Investment Advisor without being licensed by the CMA. He published a total of (32) tweets through his account on (Twitter) application from August to December of 2021, which included analysis and connotations of different shares of companies listed in Boursa Kuwait.
