CMA LAW: Announcement Regarding Collective Investment Scheme License Granted to The Securities House Company

Based on Resolution No. (183) of 2025 Regarding Granting a Collective Investment Scheme License to The Securities House Company to Incorporate Burjain for Real Estate Development Fund pursuant to Law No. 7 of 2010 Regarding the Establishment of the Capital Markets Authority and Regulating Securities Activities, its Executive Bylaws and amendments thereto, issued on 13/10/2025, and in implementation of Article 9 of the aforementioned Resolution, which provides for granting a license to the Fund after completing the minimum capital for three years from the date of its registration in the Funds Register at the CMA.

The Capital Markets Authority announces that a license has been issued to Burjain for Real Estate Development Fund on 27/10/2025, for a period of three years, renewable.
