Article 109 Of Chapter 11
Section: Penalties and Disciplinary Actions
Judicial papers and writ of summons issued by the investigation officers or by the court to the accused shall be served through the competent process servers of the Capital Markets Authority in accordance with the rules set forth in Chapter 2 of Part 1 of the Law of Penal Procedures and Trials. The accused may be served with notice at his place of work by delivering a copy thereof to the Person who states that he is in charge of administrating the place or the Person who works therefor. Those papers and a writ of summons may be served upon Persons other than the accused by fax or email. The Executive Bylaws shall regulate the manner in which the service of such papers shall be done.
